While others were figuring out how to parallel park, Max was mastering high-speed cornering in an old sedan held together by duct tape and determination. Now, with years of racing under his belt and a relentless drive to win, Max leads the team with a mix of swagger, strategy, and a love for proving doubters wrong. You’ll often find him tinkering in the garage, mentoring drivers, or reminding everyone why he’s still the fastest guy in the room.
Roger “The Proper Bloke” Simmons
Hailing from the rolling hills of England, Roger Simmons is racing royalty and the soul of MFS. With a career spanning back to a time when most of the team was still in diapers (or nappies, as Roger would say), he’s forgotten more about racing than most will ever learn. Roger’s not just a leader—he’s a living legend who occasionally suits up to show the younger generation what “proper driving” really looks like. His mix of old-school racecraft, endless anecdotes, and the ability to keep everyone laughing make him the backbone of MFS. As our Technical Advisor and resident genius, Marcos is the man who squeezes every last drop of performance out of our machines. Data is his playground, and performance optimization is his art. Andres “Deal Maker” Munoz
If you’re looking for someone who can find the perfect sponsor while discussing aerodynamics and fuel mapping, look no further than Andres Munoz. Leading our business development and outreach, Andres is the smooth-talking strategist who ensures our team is always backed by the best. But don’t be fooled by his business-savvy exterior—Andres is also an accomplished racer and our Driver Analyst. He has an uncanny ability to break down laps and help drivers unlock their full potential. Plus, he has a knack for making everyone laugh when things get tense, often with a perfectly timed quip or impression of Marcos’s data driven quarks.
Edgar “Set-Up King” M
Edgar may be the newest addition to the team, but he’s already made a massive impact as our Engineer and Racecraft Expert. With a brain wired for mechanics and a heart tuned for racing, Edgar is the guy you want in your corner when it comes to car set-ups. Whether it’s fine-tuning suspension geometry or cracking a joke about how drivers “always want more grip,” Edgar brings expertise, wit, and a can-do attitude to every challenge. His secret weapon? A endless pen/pad and an uncanny ability to predict tire conditions better than most computers.

Bobby “The Comeback Kid”
Bobby is a four-time LO206 karting champion looking to reignite his racing career with MFS. Known for his smooth driving and razor-sharp instincts, Bobby is a racer’s racer—the kind of guy who can feel what the car needs before it even happens. But his role doesn’t stop there. Starting in 2025, Bobby will double as a coach for the team, bringing his wealth of experience and a touch of tough love to push everyone to their best. His pep talks are legendary, often mixing racing wisdom with hilarious tales of his early days (“Never trust a guy who says, ‘This kart’s totally legal.’”). Bobby’s here to win—and he’s bringing the whole team along for the ride.
